The <br />Administrator further noted that the official record stated <br />that Mr. Ayers could reapply "within" six months, and he <br />did. <br />Mr. Ayers reiterated that he did not come back in and <br />ask for it to be put back on the agenda, and Administrator <br />Wright explained that Mr. Ayers did not actually have to <br />come to his office. When the reapplication was received, it <br />was automatically reprocessed. <br />Commissioner Wodtke commented that when Mr. Ayers <br />application came back on the agenda from the Administrator's <br />Office, it was with a recommendation for approval, and he <br />made a Motion for approval based on that recommendation. <br />Commissioner Wodtke did not believe Mr. Wright had any <br />intention to go through anything other than the normal <br />process. <br />Administrator Wright wished to clarify that he did not <br />recommend approval; he merely stated that Mr. Ayers appeared <br />to have met the requirements of the ordinance. <br />Commissioner Lyons believed that he was the cause for <br />some of the confusion that has arisen. The Motion he made <br />at the original meeting where this came up was intended to <br />indicate that Mr. Ayers would have to wait for six months <br />before he could reapply; however, the Minutes showed that <br />the Motion stated that he could reapply "within" six months. <br />Commissioner Lyons assured Mr. Ayers that there is not and <br />there never was any intention to create any embarrassment <br />for anyone nor was there any political motivation. Commis- <br />sioner Lyons felt the only issue was that there are several <br />questions on the application, which everyone is supposed to <br />answer, that were not answered, and since Mr. Ayers knew the <br />Kill <br />
