RESOLUTION NO. 2010- 048 <br />A. EXPAND THE COUNTY'S URBAN SERVICE AREA (USA) AND <br />REDESIGNATE APPROXIMATELY ± 674.17 ACRES LOCATED <br />GENERALLY WEST OF 102ND AVENUE AND NORTH OF S.R. 60 <br />FROM AGRICULTURAL -2 DISTRICT (UP TO 1 UNIT/10 ACRES), TO <br />C/I, COMMERCIAL/ INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. <br />3. The county does request that the Florida Department of Community Affairs review this <br />comprehensive plan amendment. <br />The forgoing Resolution was offered by Commissioner F1 escher and seconded by <br />Commissioner Da v i s and upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Peter D.
