Wednesday, July 11, 1984 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, met in Regular Session at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, <br />on Wednesday, July 11, 1984, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. Present <br />were Don C. Scurlock, Jr., Chairman; Richard N. Bird; and <br />Margaret C. Bowman. William C. Wodtke, Jr. was delayed for <br />approximately twenty minutes and Patrick B. Lyons, Vice <br />Chairman, was on vacation out of state. Also present were <br />Michael J. Wright, County Administrator; Gary Brandenburg, <br />Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners; "Tommy" <br />Thomas, Intergovernmental Relations Director; Jeffrey K. <br />Barton, OMB Director; Barbara Bonnah and Virginia <br />Hargreaves, Deputy Clerks. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Chairman Scurlock requested an addition to today's <br />Agenda re the resignation of Fred Rouse from the Beach <br />Preservation and Restoration Committee. <br />Administrator Wright requested the deletion of Item <br />13-B, Overall Economic Development Plan Committee <br />Appointments, and advised that the matter would be placed on <br />next week's Agenda. <br />Administrator Wright requested the addition to today's <br />Agenda of a change order for the 16th Street Improvements <br />Project. <br />Administrator Wright requested the addition to today's <br />Agenda of a discussion re campaign signs in right-of-ways. <br />JUL 111984 - B30K `5.7 usE �� <br />
