Keatling, AICP SUBJECT: SUBJECT PROPERTY: THE <br />Planning & Development Director NORTH 5 FEET OF LOT 23, <br />BLOCK C, PINECREST SUBDI- <br />GH: Larry W. Stefanacci <br />nforcement Officer DIS:CDENF <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their <br />regular meeting of July 11, 1984. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The County has been petitioned by Mr. and Mrs. Camillo <br />Stefanacci, owners of the subject property to release the <br />side lot 5 foot utility and drainage easement of Lot 23, Block <br />C, Pinecrest Subdivision, Unit 2. This easement is the north 5 - <br />feet of Lot 23, Block C, Pinecrest Subdivision, Unit 2 and is <br />shown in plat book 11, page 2. This lot is 110 feet in width x <br />131.6 feet in depth. - <br />The applicants presently have a fence which was constructed <br />within the subject easement. It is Mr. and Mrs. Stefanacci's <br />intention to leave the fence in its present location on the <br />side property line. The current zoning classification of the <br />subject property is R-1, Single-family Residential District{, <br />and the land use designation is LD -2, Low Density Residential, <br />up to six units per acre. <br />4 <br />0 <br />
