BRANDENBURG[, County Attorney <br />PUBLIC HEARING - REQUEST FOR SUBDIVISION VARIANCE, KINGSWOOD <br />ESTATES <br />Robert Keating, Planning & Development Director, <br />informed the Board that the applicant has requested that his <br />request be withdrawn. A public hearing was advertised, <br />however, and letters sent to surrounding property owners, <br />some of whom are in attendance today and would like to speak <br />on the variance. <br />Attorney Brandenburg advised that it was not necessary <br />to open up the public hearing if no action was to be taken <br />-- simply withdraw the item from the Agenda. <br />Chairman Scurlock asked if anyone wished to be heard in <br />this matter. There were none. <br />REPORT FROM GOLF COURSE FEASIBILITY STUDY COMMITTEE <br />Commissioner Bird introduced several members of the <br />Golf Course Feasibility Study Committee: Remsen Walker, <br />Ruth Mead, Gerald Ashcraft and Harold Djorup. <br />57 <br />
