Wednesday, July 25, 1984 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, met in Regular Session at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, <br />on Wednesday, July 25, 1984, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. Present <br />were Don C. Scurlock, Jr., Chairman; Patrick B. Lyons, Vice <br />Chairman; Margaret C. Bowman; Richard N. Bird; and William <br />C. Wodtke, Jr. Also present were Michael J. Wright, County <br />Administrator; Gary Brandenburg, Attorney to the Board of <br />County Commissioners; Jeffrey K. Barton, OMB Director; and <br />Barbara Bonnah, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order and <br />Administrator Wright led the Pledge of Allegiance to the <br />Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Chairman Scurlock requested the deletion from today's <br />Agenda of Item 16-A, Resolution Establishing Economic <br />Development Committee, as the resolution has not been <br />completed. <br />Chairman Scurlock requested the deletion from today's <br />Agenda of Item 7, Filing Fee for Property Appraisal <br />Adjustment Board, due to the fact that no backup material <br />was submitted. <br />Administrator Wright requested the deletion from <br />today's Agenda of Item 8-A, Public Hearing on <br />County -initiated Request to Rezone 12.41 Acres from C-1, <br />Commercial District, to A, Agricultural District, due to the <br />fact that the hearing was improperly advertised. <br />JUL 25 1984 BOOK 57 PAGE 769 <br />
