ORDINANCE NO. 84-44 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />TRACTS 1464 AND 1429A, LOCATED IN FELLSMERE FARMS SUBDI- <br />VISION, TOWNSHIP 31S, RANGE 37E. SAID LAND NOW LYING AND <br />BEING IN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br />Be changed from C-1, Commercial District to A, <br />Agricultural District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida on this 25th day of July, <br />1984. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />BY: G <br />DON C.
