Davis, P.to REFERENCES: <br />Public Works Direc <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION <br />Mr. Frank DeJoia, owner of Rose Haven Subdivision was required <br />to construct 80th Avenue from 126th Street to the northeast boundary <br />of said subdivision as part of the subdivision approval. The <br />roadway was to be a 20 foot wide, 6 inch thick marl road with <br />8 foot shoulders and appropriate drainage ditch on an existing <br />public right-of-way. The Board agreed that once subject road <br />was completed, it would be added to the County maintained system. <br />Rose Haven Subdivision and subject road have now been completed <br />and an inspection by Public Works personnel established that <br />subject road has been constructed in conformance with the agreed <br />upon standards. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS <br />It is recommended that the Board of County Commissioners <br />authorize the Public Works Division to place subject roadway <br />from 126th Street to a point 497 feet northeast of the centerline <br />of 126th Street on the County maintained system. <br />ON MOTION by Commission Wodtke, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Bird, the Board <br />unanimously accepted road maintenance for <br />80th Avenue from 126 Street to 126th Court. <br />REQUEST FOR SEBASTIAN RIVER TO BE DESIGNATED AS A MANATEE <br />PRESERVE <br />The Board reviewed the following letter dated 7/9/84: <br />27 <br />
