He noted that in the past, we have used the excess <br />money to fund other MSTU operations. <br />Commissioner Wodtke wanted to be assured that the <br />consultant's fee would be paid out of the same account that <br />the franchise fees are in. <br />Chairman Scurlock emphasized that the franchise monies <br />must be trackable, and Director Barton explained again that <br />is exactly what they are doing and that is why they are <br />recommending that the revenues go into the MSTU. Otherwise <br />the monies get lost when transferred around. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Bird, the Board <br />unanimously approved the above budget <br />amendment, as recommended by OMB Director <br />Jeff Barton. <br />D.
