RESOLUTION NO. 2010- 055 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />ACCEPTING A STATUTORY WARRANTY DEED FOR RIGHT-OF- <br />WAY ALONG 62ND AVENUE AND AN EASEMENT FOR <br />PEDESTRIAN INGRESS AND EGRESS ALONG STORM GROVE <br />ROAD (57th STREET) FROM THE SCHOOL BOARD OF INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA TO INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />RELATING TO STORM GROVE MIDDLE SCHOOL. <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the construction of Storm Grove Middle <br />School, the School Board of Indian River County constructed 62nd Avenue <br />between 57th Street and 61st Street, which consists of a 2 -lane paved road with <br />turn lanes and lies to the east of Storm Grove Middle School; and <br />WHEREAS, the School Board has dedicated that roadway to Indian River <br />County by Statutory Warranty Deed recorded in Book 2358, Page 1149 of the <br />Public Records of Indian River County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, the School Board also constructed a sidewalk that runs along <br />the north side of 57th Street; and <br />WHEREAS, the School Board has granted an easement for pedestrian <br />ingress and egress purposes to Indian River County, said easement being <br />recorded in Book 2358, Page 1145 of the Public Records of Indian River County, <br />Florida. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: <br />1. The dedication of 62nd Avenue right-of-way as described in Book <br />2358, Page 1148 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida, is hereby <br />accepted; and <br />2. The granting of an easement for pedestrian ingress and egress <br />along the north side of 57th Street as described in Book 2358, Page 1145 of the <br />Public Records of Indian River County, Florida, is hereby accepted. <br />1 <br />
