The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in their entirety. 2. A project providing for paving and drainage improve- ments to 39th Avenue between 10th and 12th Streets, heretofore desig- nated as Public Works Project No.8337, is hereby approved subject to the terms outlined above and all applicable requirements of Ordinance 81-27. The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Bird Who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by Commis- sioner Wo dtke and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Ave Vice -Chairman Patrick B.
