AUG 8 1984 <br />BOOK 57 F,,vF 924 <br />Attorney Brandenburg explained that the proposed <br />ordinance will amend Ordinance 83-46, which served as the <br />County's authority for the SR -60 assessment revenue bonds. <br />There are a couple of ambiguities when you take State <br />Statute Chapter 170 and apply it to the County. This <br />ordinance will remove those ambiguities after the fact so <br />that we will have no problems using the same process in the <br />future. <br />The Chairman opened the Public Hearing and asked if <br />anyone wished to be heard. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird,. <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Lyons, the <br />Board unanimously closed the Public <br />Hearing, <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Bird, the Board <br />unanimously adopted Ordinance 84-51, <br />amending Ordinance 83-46, deleting certain <br />procedures with respect to the collection <br />of assessments for water or sewer improvements, <br />and the issuance of revenue bonds. <br />37 <br />
