All internal streets shall have 5' wide sidewalks on both sides, with an 8' wide <br />pedestrian path connection stub -out to the school site. Along 51st Court from 49th <br />Street to 53rd Street, 8' wide sidewalks shall be provided on both sides. Recreation <br />paths shall be provided within the preserve areas and limited public access allowed <br />(e.g. scheduled tours) in coordination with the Waterway Village Management. All <br />sidewalk and pedestrian path improvements shall be depicted on all land development <br />permit plans. <br />82. The neighborhood commercial area shall be subject to architectural standards that are <br />consistent with the residential development and generally consistent with the SR60 <br />corridor criteria, including the monument sign criteria. The developer shall obtain <br />planning staff approval of architectural plans feilfor all buildings and signs within <br />with the neighborhood commercial area. <br />83 A street tree planting plan shall be provided with each preliminary PD plan, and the <br />developer shall obtain staff approval of the street tree planting plan. <br />84. The developer shall explore locations for transit/bus stops with each preliminary <br />design phase of the PD. Transit/bus stop improvements may be required. <br />85. An annual report shall be filed November 1st of every year after adoption of the DO <br />and shall contain the following: <br />RM: 7375429: 1 <br />a. A description of changes in the plan of development, or in the <br />phasing for the reporting year and for the next year. <br />b. A summary comparison of development activity proposed and <br />actually conducted for the year. <br />c. Identification of undeveloped tracts of land that has been sold, <br />transferred or leased to a successor developer. <br />d. Identification and intended use of lands purchased, leased or <br />optioned by the developer adjacent to the original PD site since the PD <br />rezoning was approved. <br />e. An assessment (listing) of the developer's compliance with each <br />condition of the D-O:DO, PD rezoning conceptual PD plan approval. <br />24 <br />
