<br />1, Pine Lake Estates, being the westerly 10 foot thereof. The
<br />side lot 10 foot easement on Lots 9 and 10, Block B, Unit 1,
<br />Pine Lake Estates, being the northerly 10 foot of Lot 10 and
<br />the southerly 10 foot of Lot 9, Block B, along with; the rear
<br />lot 10 foot easements of Lots 21, 22, 23, and 24, Block B, Unit
<br />1, Pine Lake Estates, being the easterly 10 foot thereof, and
<br />the side lot 10 foot easement of Lots 23 and 24, Block B, Unit
<br />1, being the northerly 10 foot of Lot 23, Block B, and the
<br />southerly 10 foot of Lot 24, Block B, Unit 1, Pine Lake
<br />Estates.
<br />These lots are 70 feet in width and 100 feet in depth. It is
<br />Mr. Lisle's intention to consolidate the lots and construct a
<br />single family residence on the site.
<br />The current zoning classification is R-lE'Country Estate
<br />District. The land use designation is MD -1, Medium Density
<br />Residential, up to 8 units per acre.
<br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS:
<br />The request has been reviewed by Southern Bell, Florida Power &
<br />Light Company, Jones Intercable, and the Utility and,
<br />Right -of -Way Departments. Based upon their review, there were
<br />no objections to release of the easement. The zoning staff
<br />analysis, which included a site visit, showed that drainage
<br />would be adequately handled by an alternate drainage plan which
<br />has been devised by the owner. The owner has further submitted
<br />in the form of a letter, an agreement to comply with an
<br />alternate drainage plan agreed upon by himself and Indian River
<br />County.
<br />RECOMMENDATION:
<br />Staff recommends to the Board, through adoption of a resolu-
<br />tion, the release of the rear lot 10' easement of lots 9, 10,
<br />11, 12, Block B, Unit 1, Pine Lake Estates, being the westerly
<br />10 foot thereof. The side lot 10 foot easement on Lots 9 and
<br />10, Block B, Unit 1, Pine Lake Estates, being the northerly 10
<br />foot of Lot 10 and the southerly 10 foot of Lot 9, Block B,
<br />along with; the rear lot 10 foot easements of Lots 21, 22, 23,
<br />and 24, Block B, Unit 1, Pine Lake Estates, being the easterly
<br />10 foot thereof., and the side lot 10 foot easement of Lots 23
<br />and 24, Block_ B, Unit 1, being the northerly 10 foot of Lot 23,
<br />Block B, and the southerly 10 foot of Lot 24, Block B, Unit 1,
<br />Pine Lake Estates.

<br />adopted Resolution 84-57, granting a Release
<br />of Easement on Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 21, 22, 23,
<br />and 24 in Pine Lake Estates Subdivision to
<br />John D. Lisle, Sr. and John D. Lisle, Jr.
