Wednesday, September 5, 1984 <br />.11 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, met in Regular Session at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, <br />on Wednesday, September 5, 1984, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. <br />Present were Don C. Scurlock, Jr., Chairman; Patrick B. <br />Lyons, Vice Chairman; Richard -N. Bird;. and Margaret C. <br />Bowman. Absent was William C. Wodtke, Jr., who was out of <br />town. Also present were Michael J. Wright, County <br />Administrator; Chris Paull, Assistant County Attorney; <br />Jeffrey K. Barton, OMB Director; and Virginia Hargreaves, <br />Deputy Clerk. <br />Chairman Scurlock left the meeting temporarily as he <br />was needed in the Ballot Room, and Vice Chairman Lyons <br />called the meeting to order. <br />Reverend Jack Diehl of Our Savior Lutheran Church gave <br />the invocation, and Vice Chairman Lyons led the Pledge of <br />Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Vice Chairman Lyons asked for any additions to the <br />agenda, and there were none. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Vice Chairman asked if there were any additions or <br />corrections to the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of August <br />8, 1984. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bowman, Chairman Scurlock <br />being out of the room temporarily and Com- <br />missioner Wodtke being absent, the Board <br />unanimously (3-0) approved the Minutes of <br />August 8, 1984, as written. <br />107S E P 5 1984 BOOK J pa,F <br />
