AMENDMENT TO EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT <br />WHEREAS, the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS and <br />GARY M. BRANDENBURG entered into an employment contract on <br />December 7, 1983, attached hereto as Exhibit "A," and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners and <br />Gary M. Brandenburg now desire to extend the contract for an <br />additional one-year period. <br />NOW THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Paragraph 1 of Exhibit "A" is hereby amended to <br />read; "This shall be considered a contract for a <br />definite term for both parties under the laws of the <br />State of Florida. The initial term of this contract <br />shall commence on October 1, 1983, and shall end on <br />September 30, 1986, and shall continue for subsequent <br />one-year periods thereafter unless terminated by either <br />party according to the provisions of Paragraph 6." <br />2.
