Burkhart <br />Chief, Code Enforcement Department <br />FROM:Betts REFERENCES: J. porter <br />Code Enforcement Officer DIS:CDENF <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their <br />regular meeting of September 5, 1984. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The County has been petitioned by Jackye V. Porter, owner of <br />the subject property, for release of the common side lot 3 foot <br />easement of Lots 9 and 10, Block 10 'Kings Highlands Subdivi- <br />sion, being the northerly 3 feet of Lot 9, Block 10, and the <br />southerly 3 feet of Lot 9, Block 10, Kings Highlands Subdivi- <br />sion. <br />Lot 9 is 86.70 feet in width and 129 feet in depth. Lot 10 is <br />70 feet in width and 127 feet in depth. It is Ms. Porter's <br />intention to consolidate the lots and construct a single family <br />residence on the site. <br />The current zoning classification is R-1, Single Family Dis- <br />trict. The land use designation is MXD, Mixed Use District, up <br />to 14 units per acre. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS: <br />The request has been reviewed by Southern Bell, Florida Power & <br />Light Company, Jones Intercable, Florida Cablevision, and the <br />Indian River County Utilities and Right -of -Way Departments. <br />Based upon their review, there were no objections to the <br />release of the easement. The zoning staff analysis, which <br />included a site visit, showed that drainage would be adequately <br />handled. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends to the Board, through the adoption of a <br />resolution, the release of the common side lot 3 foot easement <br />of Lots 9 and 10, Block 10, Kings Highlands Subdivision, being <br />the northerly 3 feet of Lot 9, Block 10, and the southerly 3 <br />feet of Lot 10, Block 10, Kings Highlands Subdivision. <br />15 <br />SEP 5 1934 BOOB 5 8 FACE �.�� <br />
