Brandenburg, REFERENCES: <br />County Attorney <br />At a previous meeting, the Board of County Commissioners <br />received and conceptually approved a petition by the <br />homeowners on 40 Avenue for the installatin of a cul-de-sac. <br />Subsequently, the Commission held a public hearing and <br />abandoned that portion of the right of way necessary to <br />perform the work. At that time, the Board approved requesting <br />and negotiating prices for the construction. <br />Three firms were requested to price the construction; <br />Trodglen Paving Co. $7,400.00 <br />Pan American $8,350.00 <br />Dickerson $5,465.05 <br />Attached to this memorandum, you will find a breakdown on the <br />construction costs, together with a letter agreement. 100% of <br />the,cost of this project will be assessed against the <br />homeowners, amounting to approximately $250 per lot. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Approve letter of agreement <br />with Dickerson of Florida, Inc. <br />and authorize work to commence. <br />17 <br />S E P 5 1954 BooK 58 F� cr 11?3 I <br />_ I <br />
