It is based on a mutually <br />acceptable contract being signed within thirty (30) days and is based on <br />current material prices. If these prices escalate prior to our signing a <br />contract, these increases will have to be reflected in the contract price. <br />If we are awarded this project, we will require an escalation clause for <br />Bituminous material in accordance with the Florida Department of Transpor- <br />tation specifications, i.e., Asphalt Price Index. <br />All work will be done in a neat, workmanlike manner and in accordance with <br />the plans and specifications. All work to be guaranteed as to materials <br />and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of completion. <br />If the prices as stated meet with your approval, will you please sign in <br />the designated space below and return one (1) copy to us.
