Barton REFERENCES: Finance <br />OMB Director <br />Other 41 C_ -C_'.- 0.-1� _ <br />- <br />At your meeting of June 20, 1984, the staff explained how the funding for the <br />copier in the mail room would go over -budget before the end of this fiscal year. <br />The following budget amendment is to allocate the funds to make two payments <br />on the new copier and to pay for the excess copies fees from the old copier. <br />Account Title <br />Account No.Increase <br />Rent -Office Equip 001-251-519-34.43 1,323 <br />Maint-Office Equip 001251-5.19,34.63 1,895 <br />Reserve for Contingency001-199-513-99.91 <br />Balance in Reserve <br />$209,615 as of Aug 20, 1984 <br />Decrease <br />3,218 <br />Commissioner Bird wished to know what was done with the <br />old copier, and OMB Director Barton explained that we sold <br />it to the Property Appraiser and he will pay off the <br />balance. <br />Commissioner Bird hoped the amount involved was in <br />excess of $1,500, and Mr. Barton confirmed that it was. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously <br />(4-0) approved the above budget amendment. <br />4F. Execution of Standard Contract for County Public Health <br />Units <br />Commissioner Bird referred to Page 9 of the above <br />contract which refers to fees being set both by the <br />Department and the County.
