7-7 <br />I <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Lyons who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Bowman and, being put to a vote, the vote <br />was as follows: <br />Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Vice Chairman Patrick B. Lyons Aye <br />Commissioner Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Commissioner William C. Wodtke, Jr. Absent <br />Commissioner Margaret C. Scurlock, Jr,, <br />Chairman <br />Attest: <br />Freda••Wrighq Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM AND LEGAL <br />C/ ,�pV RESOLUTION - AWARDING $2,050,000 IMPROVEMENT BONDS <br />'e <br />Attorney Paull explained that this is a Resolution <br />that awards the Bonds relative to the 60 Water Line and <br />authorizes the Board to take the steps necessary to complete <br />the transaction and execute the necessary documents. He <br />informed the Board that the blanks re "Index" and "Interest <br />Rate Limit" should be filled in with 10.17% and 11.67% <br />respectively. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously <br />(4-0) adopted Resolution 84-60 awarding <br />the $2,050,000 Improvement Bonds as above. <br />SEP 5 198 aoox ��5 <br />J <br />
