There were no proposed changes to the budget. ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Solari, SECONDED by Commissioner Zorc, the Board unanimously approved the millage rate of 3.3602, 6.5% above the rollback rate of 3.1548, and approved Resolution 2015-101, establishing the tax millage rate to be levied upon all real and personal taxable property in Indian River County, Florida, for Fiscal Year 2015-2016 for the General Fund. ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED by Commissioner Flescher, the Board unanimously approved the budget in the amount of $77,523,210 and approved Resolution 2015-102, amending the County Budget Officer's estimates of receipts other than taxes and of balances to be brought forward for Fiscal Year 2015-2016 and adopting a final budget for the General Fund. MUNICIPAL SERVICE TAXING UNIT (M.S.T.U) (Pages 23-24) 5:05 p.m. Administrator Baird announced that the proposed millage rate is 1.0733, 5.7% above rollback rate of 1.0158. The proposed budget is $26,624,870. Chairman Davis opened the floor for public comments; there were no speakers.
