NOW THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration the sufficiency which is agreed <br />upon herein the parties agree as follows: <br />1. The above recitations are true and correct and adopted by reference herein. <br />2. The terms of this lease shall be extended for a period of twenty (20) years commencing <br />on February 15, 2015 to February 14, 2035. <br />3.
