He explained that what you <br />have here is just pure estimate; we have just one department that <br />shows a deficit; and he did not know it was in here till this <br />afternoon. It will not come in as a negative amount; we will <br />have to bring down expenditures to match the revenue. <br />Commissioner Wodtke stated that he would not approve a cash <br />31 <br />
