Indian River County, Florida <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />Notes To Financial Statements <br />Year Ended September 30, 2014 <br />NOTE 18 - FUND BALANCE DEFICIT <br />The following funds had a deficit in fund balance at September 30, 2014: <br />Fund Deficit <br />Nonmajor Governmental Funds: <br />Metropolitan Planning Organization Fund $ 155,018 <br />Community Development Block Grant NSP3 Grant Fund 39,369 <br />Total Deficit $ 194,387 <br />The deficits for these two funds will be eliminated by grant proceeds in fiscal year 2015. <br />
