1984 BOOK <br />SEP 19 5� Fr c <br />Chairman Scurlock requested the addition to today's <br />agenda of two items: a discussion re the Beach Preservation <br />and Restoration Committee and a very short report on the <br />matter of the sewer rates the City charges to unincorporated <br />areas in the County. <br />Commissioner Wodtke requested the addition to today's <br />agenda of a discussion regarding the Data Processing <br />Committee. <br />Commissioner Lyons requested the addition of a report <br />on his negotiations with the Medical Examiner, Dr. Leonard <br />Walker. <br />Chairman Scurlock requested the addition of a <br />discussion regarding the temporary closing of Jungle Trail <br />during the canker threat to the citrus trees. <br />Attorney Brandenburg requested the addition of two <br />items: a report on Fred Waterfield's suit against the <br />Sheriff and a report as to the closing costs involved in the <br />purchase of the Perlini property in the "Save Our Coast" <br />program. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Bowman, the Board <br />unanimously added the above items to today's <br />agenda. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Commissioner Wodtke asked that Items C, D, F and N be <br />removed from the Consent Agenda at this time. <br />VA.
