r SEP 19 1984 <br />BOOK 58 F' tU _�49 <br />Commissioner Bird believed he understood this but felt <br />it seemed rather broad; and OMB Director Barton explained <br />that this is a year end cleanup for fiscal 83-84. <br />Administrator Wright advised that the Board will get a <br />copy of everything that is done; this process is the same as <br />last year. <br />Commissioner Wodtke just wanted the media to <br />understand that there will be a report brought back to the <br />Board as to what was involved. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />BY Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously <br />authorized OMB Director Barton to do the <br />necessary budget amendments for balancing the <br />budget for 83-84 Fiscal Year, with the under- <br />standing that the Board will receive a report <br />outlining the action taken. <br />JD.
