Five-laning 58th Avenue North of State Road 60: <br />Committee recommends that staff negotiate with developers to <br />share the cost of 5-laning 58th Avenue north of S.R.60. <br />Since Ryanwood Shopping Center has agreed to donate $75,000, <br />proposed development on the northwest corner should donate <br />the same amount - with the -County contributing $100,000 from <br />gas tax revenue. <br />2. Commercial Rezoning, Southwest corner of State Road AlA at <br />.C.R. 510: <br />Committee recommends that traffic safety and access be <br />strongly considered when hearing this rezoning.
