SCURLOCK, JR. <br />Chairman <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously <br />instructed staff to restudy the node at the <br />intersection of CR 510 and SR AlA. <br />Administrator Wright inquired if the Board wished this <br />study given first priority as staff now is in the process of <br />studying the various nodes. It was indicated this should <br />just be done in order. <br />Attorney Brandenburg inquired whether the Board wished <br />staff to initiate any action to change Parcel 1 to R -2D. <br />Planner Shearer confirmed that all the property in that <br />parcel is R-2, but there is a very small triangle on the <br />west side, about one tenth of an acre, not included in <br />either of these zoning requests which is zoned C-1, and he <br />took it the Board's intent is that would be included also. <br />On the east side there is another parcel that is currently <br />zoned C-1. <br />Chairman Scurlock clarified that by the Motion every- <br />thing west of AlA would�be R -2D and everything east C-1. <br />44 <br />
