SEP 2 6 1994 BOOK 488 <br />At major intersections along the project route, it would <br />be more efficient and less costly to the County to construct <br />extensions off of the major transmission main to opposite sides <br />of major intersections during this construction contract. <br />Based on our discussions with you, the Change Order has been <br />prepared to add the following extensions to the Contract: <br />1. A 12" 0 water main will be extended from the north side <br />of Oslo Road to the south side of Oslo Road on the east <br />side of 27th Avenue, <br />2. An additional length of 20" 0 water main will be ex- <br />tended from the east side of 43rd Avenue to the west <br />side of 43rd Avenue on Oslo Road, <br />3. A 12" 0 water main will be extended from the south side <br />of 8th Street to the north side of 8th Street on the <br />west side of 43rd Avenue and a 12" 0 water main will be <br />extended from the west side of 43rd Avenue to the east <br />side of 43rd Avenue on 8th Street, <br />4. A 12" 0 water main will be extended from the west side <br />of Kings Highway to the east side of Kings Highway on <br />the south side of 12th Street.
