<br /> husband and wife whose post office address is P.O.Box 402,Vero Beach,FL 32961,grantor,and Indian River County,a
<br /> Political Subdivision of the State of Florida whose post office address is 1801 27th Street, Bldg A., Vero Beach, FL
<br /> 32960,grantee.
<br /> (Whenever used herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee" include all the parties to this instrument and the heirs, legal representatives, and assigns of
