<br />GENERAL WARRANTY DEED
<br />This deed, made as of this 23rd day of April, 2014, by Barbara E. Mathis Habora and Henry R.
<br />Habora II, her husband (as Grantor); and Indian River County, a political subdivision of the
<br />State of Florida, whose postoffice address is: 1801 27th St, Vero Beach, FL 32960 (as Grantee);
<br />(Wherever used herein, the terns grantor" and "grantee" shall include singular and plural, heirs, legal representatives, and
<br />assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations, partnerships or other entities, wherever the context so
<br />admits or requires.)
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $10 00 in hand paid by grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby
<br />acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the grantee forever, all
<br />the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said grantor has in and to the following described parcel of land,

<br />Page 431; and also LESS AND EXCEPT the West 5 feet of the East 20 feet of
<br />the North 35 feet of Lot 10 and the West 5 feet of the East 20 feet of the South
<br />40 feet of Lot 11, conveyed to Indian River County by deed recorded in Official
<br />Records Book 1254, Page 1146; and also LESS AND EXCEPT the North 25 feet
<br />of Lot 16, conveyed to Indian River County by deed recorded in Official
<br />Records Book 1282, Page 2371, all of the Public Records of Indian River
<br />County, Florida.
<br />TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
