The Chairman announced that the Commission next would <br />consider the budgets for "Other Operating Funds," and Attorney <br />Brandenburg stated that the Board could also consider the <br />Enterprise and Internal Service Funds at this time; in fact, all <br />the remaining funds with the exception of the Federal Revenue <br />Sharing Entitlement Funds. <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing on all the remaining <br />funds with the exception of the Federal Revenue Sharing Fund and <br />asked if anyone present wished to be heard. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously <br />closed the public hearing. <br />OMB Director Barton explained that all the funds involved <br />are non -taxing funds and no ad valorem millage is involved; <br />therefore, rollback does not apply.
