The Chairman announced that the Commission next would <br />consider the budgets for "Other Operating Funds," and Attorney <br />Brandenburg stated that the Board could also consider the <br />Enterprise and Internal Service Funds at this time; in fact, all <br />the remaining funds with the exception of the Federal Revenue <br />Sharing Entitlement Funds. <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing on all the remaining <br />funds with the exception of the Federal Revenue Sharing Fund and <br />asked if anyone present wished to be heard. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously <br />closed the public hearing. <br />OMB Director Barton explained that all the funds involved <br />are non -taxing funds and no ad valorem millage is involved; <br />therefore, rollback does not apply. He then read into the record <br />the proposed budgets for the following funds, noting that the <br />Secondary Road Trust Fund no longer exists: <br />6'1980-81 Bonds Fund <br />$1,416,211 <br />`Sec. 8 Rental Assistance Fund <br />566,814 <br />vPolice Academy Fund <br />32,600 <br />m,Secondary Road Construction Fund <br />5,022,266 <br />/Special Law Enforcement Fund <br />298,728 <br />Sanitary Landfill Fund <br />1,041,058 <br />County Water and Sewer Fund <br />2,252,914 <br />/Impact Fee Fund <br />275,000 <br />/Fleet Management Fund <br />924,415 <br />✓Building Department Fund <br />491,558 <br />Attorney Brandenburg read aloud Resolution 84-91, proposing <br />the adoption of final budgets for fiscal year 1985-85 for certain <br />non -taxing funds as set out above. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Lyons, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Bowman, to approve <br />Resolution 84-91, adopting final budgets as <br />above. <br />53 <br />SEP 26 1964 .
