SEP 2 6 1954 soon 8 55 <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing on the Federal <br />Revenue Sharing Fund. <br />OMB Director Barton read aloud the advertised notice of the <br />budget hearing for Federal Revenue Sharing Entitlement Funds <br />which is to be found at the bottom of the large ad included in <br />the Minutes at the beginning of this meeting. Mr. Barton <br />reported that proposed budget is $535,490 and no ad valorem <br />millage is involved since this is a non -taxing fund. He then <br />reviewed the budget, noting that the funds are to be expended as <br />follows: <br />Legislative <br />Financial and Administrative <br />Judicial <br />Conservation & Resources Management <br />Detention and Correction <br />Emergency & Disaster Relief <br />Housing & Urban Development <br />Parks & Recreation <br />Interfund Transfers <br />Other General Government <br />Law Enforcement <br />Health <br />Welfare <br />99,600 <br />54,360 <br />27,888 <br />56,665 <br />9,500 <br />63,600 <br />103,728 <br />7,400 <br />40,800 <br />1,050 <br />2,050 <br />The ,Chairman asked if anyone present wished to be heard. <br />There were none. <br />Attorney Brandenburg read aloud Resolution 84-92, proposing <br />the adoption of a final budget for fiscal year 1984-85 for the <br />Federal Revenue Sharing Fund. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bowman, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously <br />closed the public hearing on the Federal <br />Revenue Sharing Fund. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously <br />approved Resolution 84-92 adopting a final <br />budget of $535,490 for the Federal Revenue <br />Sharing Fund for fiscal year 1984-85. <br />56 <br />s <br />e <br />
