Wednesday, October 10, 1984 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, met in Regular Session at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, <br />on Wednesday, October 10, 1984, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. <br />Present were Don C. Scurlock, Jr., Chairman; Patrick B. <br />Lyons, Vice Chairman; William C. Wodtke, Jr., Margaret C. <br />Bowman, and Richard N. Bird. Also present were Michael J. <br />Wright, County Administrator; Gary Brandenburg, Attorney to <br />the Board of County Commissioners; L.S. "Tommy" Thomas, <br />Intergovernmental Director; and Barbara Bonnah, Deputy <br />Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order. <br />Pastor Ed Lovelace, Minister of Youth First Church of <br />God, gave the invocation and Chairman Scurlock led the <br />Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />There were no additions to today's Agenda. <br />Attorney Brandenburg requested the deletion from <br />today's Agenda of Item 18C - Request authorization to pay <br />costforphotographs of defendant exhibits. <br />Administrator Wright requested that Item 12 - <br />Discussion regarding cost to set up Sheriff's Marine Patrol <br />- be postponed until next week's meeting of October 17th. <br />Chairman Scurlock asked that Item 15 - South County <br />Fire District Hydrant Maintenance Fee - be moved up on the <br />Agenda and discussed immediately after the South County Fire <br />District meeting scheduled for 9:05 A.M. <br />OCT 10 1984 BOOK 58 FI r, <br />-0 558 <br />
