Meidel <br />Code Enforcement Officer DIS:CDENF <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their <br />regular meeting of October 10, 1984. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The County has been petitioned by Manfred G. Meidel, owner of <br />the subject property, for release of the common side lot 5 foot <br />easement of Lots 15 and 16, Block 2, Roseland Gardens Subdivi- <br />sion, these easements being the Northwest 5 feet of Lot 15, <br />Block 2, and the Southeast 5 feet of Lot 16, Block 2 Roseland <br />Gardens Subdivision, found in Plat Book 8, Page 25. These lots <br />are 80 feet in width and 125 feet in depth. <br />It is Mr. Meidel Is intention to consolidate the two lots and <br />construct a single family residence on the site. <br />The current zoning classification is R-1, Single Family Res- <br />idential. The land use designation is LD -2, Low Density <br />Residential, up to six units per acre. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS: <br />The request has been reviewed by Southern Bell, Florida Power & <br />Light Company, Jones Intercable, and the Utility and <br />Right -of -Way Departments. Based upon their review, there were <br />no objections to release of the easement. The zoning staff <br />analysis, which included a site visit, showed that drainage <br />would be adequately handled by the existing front and rear <br />swales. <br />4 <br />
