<br />This Deed, made as of this 10th day of April 2015, by Ronee Suzan King and Stephen Allan Block, each
<br />as to an undivided one-half interest as tenants in common (each a, and collectively as, "Grantor"); and
<br />Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose post office address is 1801
<br />27th Street, Vero Beach FL 32960 (as "Grantee");
<br />(Wherever used herein, the terms "grantor" and "grantee" shall include singular and plural, heirs, legal
<br />representatives, and assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations, partnerships or
<br />other entities; wherever the context so admits orrequires.)
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />That Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00 in hand paid by Grantee, the receipt whereof is
<br />hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto
<br />Grantee forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which said Grantor has in and to the following
<br />describedparcel of land, to wit:
<br />South 115 feet of Lot A, Hampshire Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof,
<br />recorded in Plat Book 2, Page(s) 99, of the Public Records of Indian River County,
<br />Florida.

<br />A Portion of those lands described in Official Records Book 2193, Page 2241 of the
<br />Public Records of Indian River County, Florida, said Lands lying in Tract 16, Section
<br />32, Township 32 South, Range 39 East, according to the last general Plat of the lands
<br />of the Indian River Farms Company Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 25
<br />of the Public Records of. St Lucie County, Florida; Said Land lying and being in Indian
<br />River County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
<br />The North 30 feet of the South 90 feet of the East 10.47 acres of the West 20.47 acres
<br />of Tract 16, Section 32, Township 32 South, Range 39; Less and Except the West 137
<br />feet thereof.
<br />Pursuant to Rulel2B-4.013(4), F.A.C., this Deed is being given to a governmental entity under threat of
<br />condemnation or as a part of an out-of-court settlement of condemnation proceedings and is not subject to tax.
<br />TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
