7. Any adverse ownership claim by the State of Florida by right of sovereignty to any portion <br />of the lands insured hereunder, including submerged, filled, and artificially exposed lands and <br />lands accreted to such lands. <br />S. Any and all rights of the United States of America in and to navigable waters or filled-in <br />land formerly within navigable waters and any conditions contained in any permits <br />authorizing the filling in of such land. <br />9. Title to beds or bottoms of lakes, rivers or other bodies of water located on or within the <br />property are not insured. <br />In accordance with Title 42 United States Code, Section 3604, any covenants, conditions or restrictions referred to <br />herein, which indicate any preference, limitation or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial <br />status or national origin, are hereby deleted. <br />Note 1: This policy does not insure against loss or damage arising as the result of unpaid charges for public utilities <br />furnished by any county, municipality, or public service corporation, which may be or may become a lien upon the land <br />insured hereby under any provision of the Florida Statutes including Section 159.17; and/or any county, municipal, or <br />special taxing district assessment, including those levied under the provisions of Chapter 190, Florida Statutes. <br />Note 2: All references herein to recorded instruments, refer to recordations contained within the Public Records of the <br />county in which the land is located.
