<br />This Grant of Easement, made and, executed this /9 -day of M arc, h , 201 by
<br />B. Anders Nyquist; as Trustee of the Unrecorded Nyquist Trust #2, u/ald July 22, 1992,
<br />whose address is 1805 19th Place, #100, Vero Beach, FL 32960, hereinafter called
<br />GRANTOR*, to INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of Florida,
<br />whose address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960-3388, hereinafter called GRANTEE,
<br />•Whenever used herein the term GRANTOR and GRANTEE include all parties .t� this instrument and their
<br />heirs, legal representatives; stitce$sors, and assigns.

<br />That GRANTOR for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other consideration, receipt

<br />over and across the following described land as is necessary to the GRANTEE's use of the right

<br />And GRANTOR hereby covenants with said GRANTEE thatit is lawfully seized of the premises in
