P R O C L A M A T I O N <br />WHEREAS, The Indian River Arts Council, will <br />sponsor an ARTS FESTIVAL WEEK; and <br />WHEREAS, The Indian River Arts Council is a <br />newly organized not-for-profit corporation consisting <br />of some twenty cultural groups from this area; and <br />WHEREAS, The ARTS FESTIVAL WEEK gives Indian <br />River County recognition as a focal point of culture <br />and art appreciation all along the east..,coast of <br />Florida; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED BY THE BOARD <br />OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />That the week of November 3rd through November 10th, <br />1984 be designated as <br />ARTS FESTIVAL WEEK <br />BE IT FURTHER PROCLAIMED That the Board, on <br />behalf of itself and the citizens of this County, <br />expresses appreciation to the Indian River Arts Council <br />for giving this fine program to our community and urges <br />the citizens of the County to support the ARTS FESTIVAL <br />WEEK, both in spirit and financially. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />ATTEST: p <br />Freda Wright, ClJerk <br />5 <br />OCT 2 4 1984 <br />L2 � C <br />Don C. curlock, Jr , <br />Chairman <br />BOOKParr JU <br />
