NOV 7 1984 BOOK 58 FAGE770 -7 <br />P R O C L A M A T I O N <br />RECOGNIZING the civic -oriented individuals who <br />participated in the Fellsmere Little League Baseball Field; <br />WHEREAS, for many years, the City of Fellsmere and <br />surrounding areas have been in need of an additional ballfield to <br />aid in the community's recreational programs; and <br />WHEREAS, many concerned civic -minded citizens, <br />businesses and elected officials of Fellsmere and the, surrounding <br />community recently pooled their energy and resources to construct <br />the Fellsmere Little League Ballfield ; and <br />WHEREAS, individuals donated their time, money, and <br />physical energy in constructing the field; businesses made <br />donations of materials and funds; North County Recreation, Inc. <br />donated materials and lights; and the City of Fellsmere provided <br />the land to produce a facility that all the residents of the area <br />can enjoy and be proud of for years to come; and <br />WHEREAS, the field is slated for immediate n qp by <br />the several Little League Teams <br />and the Ladies' <br />Softball <br />Team; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE <br />IT PROCLAIMED <br />BY THE <br />BOARD <br />OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />sitting in Regular <br />Session this 7th <br />day of November <br />1984, that the County and all of <br />its residents <br />express their <br />appreciation and <br />congratulations <br />to all those <br />individuals, <br />businesses, and elected <br />officials involved in the <br />creation of a <br />fine new facility; <br />and further believe <br />that this <br />ballfield will <br />stand as evidence <br />of the cooperation <br />and ability of <br />the people in <br />the.
