Office space, office supplies and telephones will be an expense <br />to be borne by the four counties involved, pursuant to <br />F. S. 34.171. We have estimated an annual budget of $2,500.00. <br />The program will not start until March, 1985 thereby decreasing <br />the funds necessary to $1,500.00. <br />1985 -86 -population figures show Indian River County at 77,546, <br />Martin County at 83,811, Okeechobee County at 24,914 and St. <br />Lucie County at 118,471, making a circuit total of 304,742. <br />Using the individual counties population as a percentage of <br />the total circuit population, Indian River would contribute <br />$381.00, Martin, $412.50,. Okeechobee, $123.00 and St. Lucie, <br />$583.50. <br />Bills for supplies, etc. will be received in our office in <br />Fort Pierce. St. Lucie County Finance Officer Dan J.
