ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously <br />(4-0) authorized staff to advertise for <br />someone to fill the mobile park owner/manager <br />slot on the Mobile Home Advisory Board. <br />DISCUSSION RE COMMISSION MEETING ON DECEMBER 26th <br />In discussion the Board members generally agreed that they <br />could foresee no emergency that would require a Commission <br />meeting on December 26, 1984. <br />Administrator Wright noted that both Christmas and New <br />Year's Day are on Tuesdays; he believed we would be functioning <br />with only a skeleton staff on the preceding Mondays, and asked if <br />the Board did not feel we could close down on those days. <br />Commissioner Bird stated that the Board set a holiday <br />schedule at the beginning of the year, and he was not willing to <br />change it. <br />Commissioner Wodtke agreed and did not feel the Adminis- <br />tration Building should be closed four days at a time two weeks <br />in a row. <br />The Administrator noted that many employees have worked out <br />vacations around those days. <br />Commissioner Bowman felt that nothing will be done on those <br />days, and asked if we can't operate with a skeleton crew. <br />Chairman Scurlock did not feel it has to be a skeleton crew. <br />Administrator Wright stated that he would work something <br />out, possibly with some off on Christmas Eve and others on New <br />Year's Eve. <br />DISCUSSION RE CLAMMING ACTIVITY IN THE RIVER <br />Chairman Scurlock referred to the following memo from <br />Commissioner Lyons: <br />55 <br />BOOK F";E j <br />
