Thursday, November 8, 1984 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Special Session at the County Commission <br />Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Thursday, <br />November 8, 1984, at 1:30 o'clock P.M. Present were Don C. <br />Scurlock, Jr., Chairman; William C. Wodtke, Jr., Margaret C. <br />Bowman, and Richard N. Bird. Vice Chairman Lyons was absent due <br />to illness. Also present were Michael J. Wright, County <br />Administrator; Gary Brandenburg, Attorney to the Board of County <br />Commissioners; Terrance G. Pinto, Utility Services Director; and <br />Barbara Bonnah, Deputy Clerk. <br />Chairman Scurlock called the meeting to order and <br />Commissioner Bird led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />PUBLIC HEARING - BREEZY VILLAGE WATER & SEWER FRANCHISE - RATE <br />INCREASE <br />The hour of 1:30 o'clock P.M. having passed, the Deputy <br />Clerk read the following notice with Proof of Publication <br />attached, to -wit: <br />OV 8 1984 aooK 58 Fina 804 <br />
