The warrants issued in settlement of same, being recorded completely in the <br />County Finance Record, as provided by law, reference to such record -and the list so <br />recorded being..made a part of these minutes as fully and completely as if the said <br />warrents were.set_out,herein in detail. <br />The County_ Depositary filed its monthly statement showing receipts and disbursements <br />of the various funds, which having been checked over was found to be correct. <br />There being no further business on motion made, seconded and carried the Board <br />N adjourned. <br />n <br />a <br />Clerk. <br />1 _ <br />Cirri _ "' an • <br />y <br />tl Mme , WAY 11th 1931. <br />r <br />The Board of County Commissioners in and for Indian River County, Florida, met at <br />P the Court House in Vero Beach, at 2:00 o'clock P.M.Monday, May llth 19319 with the <br />a <br />following members of the Board present: Albert 0. Helseth, Chaizman; T.D.Yongue; J.J.P. <br />h <br />Hamilton; J.TJeBruce and Eli C. Walker. Also present were Miles Uarrenq Clerk and <br />Clark S. Rice, Sheriff. <br />Commissioner Walker announced he desired to refund to the County the sum of $3.70 <br />expended by this Board out of the Agricultural Fund on account of expenses incurred by <br />the County Home Demonstration Agent in placing an exhibition of her work at the County <br />District Fair recently held in Vero Beach. A check for this amount was received from <br />Mr. Walker and ordered placed in the Agricultural Fund. <br />The Notary Public bond of John W.E.Wheeler in the sum of $500.00 with United 'States <br />Fidelity & Guaranty Company, a corporation, as surety was approved. <br />It me moved, seconded and carried that rent on rooms in the Court House be set at <br />$10,00 per month per room. <br />It was moved, seconded and carried that the Sheriff be made official custodian of <br />the Court House Building without pay. <br />There being no further business on motion made, seconded and carried the Board, <br />adjourned until the regular meeting to be held in June, 1931. <br />C l e r <br />man, <br />. <br />1 <br />1 <br />11 <br />1 <br />
