Roseland Community, Building; 12925 <br /> p.m. 83rd Avenue (Regarding Structural Issues) <br /> Verna Moreira, representing the Roseland Women's Club, used a <br /> PowerPoint presentation to request the Board's approval for a <br /> complete inspection of the Roseland Community building to see <br /> what can be done to restore, renovate, and/or rebuild the historic <br /> building due to structural issues. <br /> Staff informed the Board that a Structural Engineer had been <br /> hired to determine why the building was sinking, and was <br /> awaiting a report for the repair cost estimates, which will be <br /> brought to the Board within the next few weeks. <br /> B.
