FIRST AMENDMENT TO OCTOBER 1, 2013 <br />COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT by and between the INDIAN RIVER COUNTY EMERGENCY <br />SERVICES DISTRICT, hereinafter referred to as the "County", and the INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />FIREFIGHTERS/PARAMEDICS ASSOCIATION, LOCAL 2201, IAFF, hereinafter referred to as the <br />"Union". <br />WHEREAS, effective October 1, 2013, the parties entered into a Collective Bargaining <br />Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement", for the period October 1, 2013 through <br />and including September 30, 2016; and, <br />WHEREAS, Article 34, Salaries, provides for bargaining unit employees to receive the <br />cost -of -living increases and lump sum payments, if any, mutually agreed to by the County and <br />the Union. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, the <br />parties agree to amend the Agreement as follows: <br />1. Article 34, Salaries, shall be amended as set forth in Exhibit "A". <br />2. The remaining terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force <br />and effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment on the <br />dates below written. <br />354 <br />
