WHEREAS, we the citizens of Indian River County <br />are proud to call James T. Vocelle, Esquire one of our own. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, on behalf of itself and all the <br />citizens of Indian River County, BE IT PROCLAIMED that the <br />Board of County Commissioners hereby express their congratulations <br />and sincere appreciation to James T. Vocelle, Esquire, for ,his <br />sixty years of dedicated and exemplary service and leadership as <br />an attorney and counselor of law; and <br />BE IT FURTHER PROCLAIMED that James T. Vocelle <br />is hereby recognized and applauded for his countless achievements <br />and service to the nation, the State of Florida and Indian River <br />County, and <br />BE IT FURTHER PROCLAIMED that in recognition <br />of the accomplishments of this remarkable person, the week of <br />November 25th through December 1st shall be designated as <br />"JAMES T. C - Authorization <br />to Execute Master Water Plan Agreements - be removed from today's <br />agenda. <br />Commissioner Bird requested the addition under his matters <br />of a report on his assignment to look into the possible purchase <br />of the McKee Jungle Garden property. <br />Commissioner Wodtke wished to add an item regarding sales <br />tax on purchases related to the new Jail. <br />Chairman Scurlock asked that a Resolution requested by the <br />City of Vero Beach regarding water service to the South Beach <br />area be added to the agenda under Emergency Items. <br />3 <br />NOV 21 1984 <br />
