stated that this ordinance is very important to him, and he <br />cannot return. He, therefore, is going to take this to the <br />Justice Department and see if he is being denied the right to <br />come before the Commission to get things modified. <br />Attorney Brandenburg explained to Mr. Smith that this item <br />was taken off the agenda at his request because the law requires <br />that the title be advertised in full and this did not occur. <br />There was a county staff error in the,way it was sent to the <br />newspaper, and it certainly had nothing to do with either <br />Commissioner Lyons or the Administrator. He further noted that <br />Commissioner Lyons is not present because he has just had <br />quadruple by-pass surgery, and the Administrator is ill. The <br />Attorney further pointed out that actually all the Commissioners <br />represent all the county residents, and Mr. Blair could come to <br />any one of them. <br />Mr. Smith continued to insist that he has talked to the <br />Attorney and Commissioners before, and he did not feel he should <br />have to get a high priced lawyer in order to represent his <br />interests. He believed the Commission and staff were deliber- <br />ately trying to kill this change in the ordinance by delay and <br />insisted he was going to complain to the Justice Department. <br />Mr. Blair was informed that this ordinance modification will <br />be rescheduled for December 12th. <br />REZONING - .4 ACRES TO C-2 (RICHARD ZORC) OLD DIXIE <br />The hour of 9:30 o'clock A.M. having passed, the Deputy <br />Clerk read the following Notice with Proof of Publication <br />attached, to -wit: <br />31 <br />NOV 211984 <br />I <br />
