Attorney Cooksey advised that his client would be willing to <br />go with the multiple family R2 -B zoning, which allows 8 units per <br />and would result in an overall density of 4 units per acre. <br />Chairman Scurlock pointed out that in past years the County <br />hardly ever has considered transfers of densities for environ- <br />mentally sensitive land and road right of way donations.
