Attorney Cooksey advised that his client would be willing to <br />go with the multiple family R2 -B zoning, which allows 8 units per <br />and would result in an overall density of 4 units per acre. <br />Chairman Scurlock pointed out that in past years the County <br />hardly ever has considered transfers of densities for environ- <br />mentally sensitive land and road right of way donations. He <br />stated that he also would like to see the development at 204 <br />units, which would be allowed by R2 -B. <br />Commissioner Bowman continued to express concern about the <br />expense of building in this area because of the fill that would <br />be required. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wodtke, the Board by a vote of 3-1, <br />Commissioner Bowman dissenting, adopted Ordinance <br />84-84, rezoning the subject property to R -2B. <br />29 <br />BOOK. • 59 Fi{`;F_ 2.9 <br />
